In his statement/affidavit he himself accepting everything that
He is commander/ head of JKLF
SIA investigation proved that Sarla Bhat was killed by JKLF
SIA investigation never claimed that Yaseen Malik was the attacker.
Yaseen Malik has been made as an accused for being commander /head of the JKLF
Crimes /killings/ attacks carried out by JKLF are committed on behest/ directions of JKLF commanders
In this particular case Yaseen Malik even accepted in affidavit that, he also has the knowledge that one of his close associate Khurshid Chalkku has actually attacked Sarla Bhatt.
